  On June 4th, the USCIS updated its count of FY2013 cap subject H1-B petitions. As of June 1st, 55,600 H-1B cap-subject petitions were receipted. Additionally, USCIS has receipted 18,700 H-1B petitions for aliens with advanced degrees.

  On May 30th, the USCIS updated its count of FY2013 cap subject H1-B petitions. As of May 25th, 2012, 48,400 H-1B cap-subject petitions were receipted. Additionally, USCIS has receipted 17,500 H-1B petitions for aliens with advanced degrees.

On May 8th, USCIS updated its count of FY2013 cap subject H1-B petitions. As of May 4th, 32,500 H-1B cap-subject petitions were receipted. Additionally, USCIS has receipted 13,700 H-1B petitions for aliens with advanced degrees.

H1B Update as of April 27th

  On May 1st, USCIS updated its count of FY2013 cap subject H1-B petitions. As of April 27, 2012, 29,200 H-1B cap-subject petitions were receipted. Additionally, USCIS has receipted 12,300 H-1B petitions for aliens with advanced degrees.   Based on this demand, the H1bs will likely be gone sometime in June.  

H1B Season Update as of April 24th

  On April 24th, USCIS updated its count of FY2013 cap-subject H-1B petitions and advanced degree cap-exempt petitions. As of April 20, 2012, 25,000 H-1B cap-subject petitions were receipted. Additionally, USCIS has receipted 10,900 H-1B petitions for aliens with advanced degrees.
