On May 8^th, USCIS updated its count of FY2013 cap subject H1-B petitions.

As of May 4th, 32,500 H-1B cap-subject petitions were receipted. Additionally, USCIS has receipted
13,700 H-1B petitions for aliens with advanced degrees.
