On May 1st, USCIS updated its count of FY2013 cap subject H1-B petitions. As of April 27, 2012,
29,200 H-1B cap-subject petitions were receipted. Additionally, USCIS has receipted
12,300 H-1B petitions for aliens with advanced degrees.
Based on this demand, the H1bs will likely be gone sometime in June.
