On May 30th, the USCIS updated its count of FY2013 cap subject H1-B petitions. As of May 25th, 2012,
48,400 H-1B cap-subject petitions were receipted. Additionally, USCIS has receipted
17,500 H-1B petitions for aliens with advanced degrees.
