H1-B Quota Update

Our firm is tracking the H1-bs very closely. USCIS is periodically updating the public on the count since the filing began earlier this month.
As of April 22nd, USCIS has received approximately 8,000 H-1B petitions counting toward the 65,000 cap, and approximately 5,900 petitions toward the 20,000 cap exemption for individuals with advanced degrees.
